Canceling Monthly Subscription
Submit a Cancelation Ticket to cancel your account. Once that message is received, you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period, monthly or annual.
For example, if your monthly billing cycle is on the 10th of every month, and you send a cancelation request on March 15th, the payment for March will have already processed, but you will not be charged in April or the months going forward.
Canceling Annual Subscription
You can cancel your annual subscription anytime before the next renewal date. Refunds can be requested within 1 day of an annual plan originally being purchased.
No refunds will be granted for subscriptions not canceled before the renewal date. It is the user's responsibility to cancel prior to their subscription renewing the following year.
For example, if your annual subscription was purchased on March 12th, 2018 and you want to cancel it on March 13th, 2018. A refund will be granted. However, if you kept your subscription for the year and it renews on March 12, 2019 you are responsible for this charge. No refund will be granted after the payment is processed for subsequent annual billing.
We do not require payment details during the 30-day trial period so any purchases made for subscriptions are considered authorization by the user for Hilo to process payments until cancelation is requested by submitting a Cancelation Ticket.
