How does the Goal Tracker know where to pull contacts for New Reach Outs and Follow-Ups from?

This is all based on the contact’s Pipeline Position.  Hilo My Week follows the rules below: 

New Reach Outs - Only contacts in the Not Contacted pipeline position will be added to the New Reach Out queue.  These names will not show up in the Follow-Ups list. 

Follow-Ups - Only contacts in the Contacted, Needs Follow Up, All Info Sent, and Follow Up positions will be added to the Follow-Up queue. 

Team Reach Outs - Contacts with a contact type of “Downline” will be added to the Team Reach Outs queue.
