Search filter on Contact List page not working

If you find that the search function on the Contact List page is not returning any results, please make sure you have not selected, or have reset/cleared, any filters from the side menu or the alphabetical filters at the bottom of the page before you search. 

Having filters selected will cause the system to only search within those filtered results for contacts.
