How to use Replacement Tags

Replacement tags are used to personalize messages in Hilo.  This allows you to create scripts and templates and send them to multiple people without having to personalize each message yourself.  

The Replacement Tags pull your information from the details you enter in the Profile Info section on your account page.  They pull the contact’s information from the fields in the contact’s detail page.
