If you are a paid Hilo Subscriber (Silver or Gold Plan) and have your own domain (e.g. www.yourname.com / sender@yourname.com) we can "whitelist" the domain with our servers. There is a one-time fee of $75 for this service.
Why should I "whitelist" my domain?
Having a whitelisted domain verifies your authenticity as a sender and allows you to have your own personal reputation as a marketer, rather than the overall reputation of the servicer when you send from large providers like Hilo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
You will still have all the benefits of sending through Hilo (i.e. email open rates, click rates, etc.) but the recipient's email server will view the message as being sent directly from you which can dramatically improve email deliverability.
How can I whitelist my domain with Hilo?
To whitelist your domain please submit a ticket with the following information:
- The email address you will be sending messages from
- The full domain address
- Please include this statement in the message: "I authorize Hilo CRM to process a one-time payment of $75 for the service of whitelisting the above domain. You have my permission to charge the card on file."
Once the information is received we will add your domain to our servers and send you the codes to complete the process on your end.
